A Peek at What I’m Bringing to the Market This Weekend

There’s something really special about preparing for a market.
It’s a mix of excitement, creativity, and, if I’m being honest, a little bit of last-minute scrambling too. This week has been full, and while I had every intention of sharing these pieces ahead of time, I found myself simply needing to be in the making instead.
And maybe that’s kind of the point.
Because every piece I’m bringing with me this weekend was created slowly, intentionally, and with so much care.

Handmade with Meaning

This particular market is centered around Mother’s Day, and while these pieces aren’t just for moms, I really leaned into the idea of creating something that feels a little more special… a little more thoughtful.

The kind of items you gift when you want someone to feel seen, appreciated, and wrapped in love.

The Pieces I’ll Have Available

Gradient Crochet Shawls

These shawls are truly something special. Made using a delicate gradient yarn and worked in a virus (or German shells) stitch, they have a soft, flowing drape and a beautiful color transition that feels almost seamless.

They’re lightweight, breathable, and incredibly versatile - perfect for layering through the seasons.

More than anything, these are pieces that invite you to slow down… to wrap yourself up and just be.

Lightweight Cowls (Merino + Cotton Blend)

I’m also bringing a small collection of modern, mesh-style cowls made with a merino wool and organic cotton blend.

This yarn is incredibly soft, slightly airy, and has a gentle halo that gives the finished piece a cozy, elevated feel. It’s the kind of accessory you can throw on without thinking, but still feel put together.

Easy to wear. Easy to love.

Cotton Coasters for Quiet Moments

These might be some of my favorite pieces, not because they’re complicated, but because of what they represent.

A warm cup of coffee. A quiet morning. A few minutes to yourself.

Each coaster is made from cotton and designed to be both functional and beautiful. A small, simple way to bring a little more intention into your everyday routine.

Floral Crochet Earrings

I couldn’t resist leaning into the floral theme for this market, and these little crochet earrings are such a fun way to do that.

Made with fine mercerized cotton thread, they’re lightweight, detailed, and perfect for spring and summer.

I’ll have several color options available, and if you’re someone who prefers clip-ons (like me!), I’m always happy to create a custom pair for you.

A Market Rooted in Community

This weekend’s market is an outdoor event near Clarion, and it’s shaping up to be such a lovely day.

There will be other local vendors, handmade goods, candles, flowers, and even the opportunity to experience the beauty of the space around us. It’s a smaller, more intimate market, which honestly makes it feel even more special.

If you’re looking for something to do this Saturday, I would truly love to see you there.

An Invitation

I hope you’ll come out and support local makers.

And if you do stop by my booth, please say hello. There’s nothing better than getting to connect in person with this community.

Can’t Make It?

If you see something here that speaks to you, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to talk about setting something aside when possible.

Thank you, as always, for being here and supporting handmade, intentional work.
