My name is Shannon and you may recognize me as the receptionist at a small clinic here in town. It's no secret that I love creating and wearing crochet, but lately I've been working on even more behind the scenes. I'd like to introduce you to my newest and most authentic endeavor: Hippie Stitches by Shannon.

Hippie Stitches is rooted in community. I will be connecting with people locally through markets, pop-up events. Hippie Stitches was born from a love of yarn, creativity, and living life a little more intentionally. What started as a personal creative outlet has grown into a space where I share handmade, boho and vintage inspired crochet pieces designed to bring comfort, beauty, and joy into everyday life.
I’m inspired by earthy textures, vintage details, free-spirited style, and the idea that the things we surround ourselves with should feel meaningful. Whether it’s a cozy accessory, a statement piece, or something else, my goal is always the same: to create something that feels authentic, unique, and full of soul.
Handmade items carry energy, the calm of slow crafting, the joy of creativity, and the intention behind every stitch. Crochet is my form of mindfulness, and each piece reflects that care and attention.
Did I need to start another business? Absolutely not. But it's important for me to share the things that bring joy to my life!
